Standard Birth Doula Package

  • Getting to know you session (free)

  • 2 Antenatal sessions of 2-3 hours

  • Phone and text support throughout pregnancy

  • Being on-call from 38 weeks until birth (I will do my best to attend the birth if it falls outside of this)

  • Support throughout labour, birth and those precious first hours after birth

  • Continued support while at hospital if necessary and as possible

  • 1 Postnatal session of 2-3 hours

  • Continued phone and text support for 6 weeks after birth

  • Loan of TENS machine and books as required​​

Optional Add Ons

If you require additional support to what is covered in my Birth Package, then here is what else I can do for you.

  • Additional antenatal support sessions - £45 for 2 hours

  • Additional postnatal support sessions - £45 for 2 hours

  • Accompaniment to appointments – price dependent on time required

  • Birth pool hire (regular sized Birth Pool In A Box) - £50
     

Unfortunately at this time I am only able to offer postnatal sessions to those I have been a birth doula for as an additional service. If you are looking for a Postnatal Doula specifically, I am happy to help you find one.

Virtual Support

I do not take on many “virtual” clients, as I strongly believe the best support is offered in person and ideally a doula local to you should be found. However, finding a doula in your local area who aligns to your personal beliefs is not always possible, and here is where technology can help bridge the gap. If you are particularly looking for the support of a Christian doula then I may be able to help.
My Virtual Doula package looks a lot like my Birth Doula package but all meetings will take place online:

  • Getting to know you session (free)

  • 2 Antenatal sessions of 2-3 hours

  • Phone and text support throughout pregnancy

  • On-call 24/7 phone support from 38 weeks

  • Remote advocacy as possible

  • 1 Postnatal session to debrief the birth

  • Continued phone and text support for 6 weeks after birth
