Hello, I'm Lauren

Hi I’m Lauren. I just want to see women have better births.

It’s my belief that all doulas want this. We want to empower pregnant women, and their partners,
support them, hold them and hold space for them. We want to uplift and protect and nourish the
individuals we care for, allowing them to step into their own power and find their own way. We
know, in our hearts and in the evidence, that this is the way to better births.

There are so many choices to be made in the journey to parenthood, picking a doula is just one. And
as a doula I want to make sure you know ALL your options, afterall no-one knows you better than
you.
